1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and b9 bet ("b9 bet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b9 bet online casino and sports betting platform available at b9bet.games (the "Platform").
By creating a b9 bet account, making any deposit in PKR, placing any bet, or accessing any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Creating or using a b9 bet account as a minor is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in applicable jurisdictions.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The b9 bet Platform is designed for and marketed to players located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. b9 bet makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended market.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
b9 bet may, at any time, request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting a copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by b9 bet may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one b9 bet account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or PKR payment method — are strictly prohibited. b9 bet actively monitors for duplicate accounts using a combination of technical and manual review processes.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, b9 bet reserves the right to:
- Permanently close all accounts belonging to that individual;
- Void and forfeit all bonus balances, free spins, and wagering progress;
- Withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation;
- Recover any bonus funds already withdrawn where the duplicate account was used to abuse promotional terms.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your b9 bet account. You must keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or Pakistani contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9 bet account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted from your b9 bet account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)
4.1 Supported PKR Payment Methods
b9 bet processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. b9 bet reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable security review. b9 bet does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. b9 bet is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Deposit Source and Anti-Money Laundering
All deposits made to b9 bet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds sourced from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant Pakistani financial authorities. b9 bet operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
b9 bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your b9 bet account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a 1,000 PKR bonus must generate 30,000 PKR in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game type is specified in the applicable promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
b9 bet reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and void bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of the offer, coordinated bonus abuse with other players, or using any automated system or bot to place wagers.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
6.1 RNG and Game Fairness

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a game error, technical malfunction, or system failure, b9 bet reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period. 6.3 Bets Placed in Error
Once a bet is placed and confirmed on the b9 bet Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. b9 bet does not accept liability for bets placed in error by the player.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b9 bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and/or reporting to relevant Pakistani authorities:
- Registering more than one account for any individual person;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access the Platform or place bets;
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical errors to generate winnings;

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the b9 bet Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data, audio, video, and the overall design of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of b9 bet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of b9 bet.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9 bet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their b9 bet account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b9 bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
b9 bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and events outside b9 bet's reasonable control (including network failures, third-party payment provider issues, and force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
b9 bet collects, processes, and stores the personal data of registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a b9 bet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
b9 bet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Amendments, Suspension & Termination

Where amendments are material, b9 bet will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Account Suspension and Closure
b9 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including (but not limited to) breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC, or any other action that b9 bet reasonably considers to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the wellbeing of its players.
12.3 Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may request the closure of your b9 bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified PKR payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
12.4 Governing Terms
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and b9 bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
